The Easiest Baked Fish Dish: Mediterranean Halibut

This is the easiest fish dish and so delicious! I made it in 20 minutes, it was so tasty! and oh so clean! ;)

Ingredients:

Halibut

Olive oil

Himalayan Salt

Pepper

Olives

Onions

Grape tomatoes (optional, you can skip if you’re avoiding nightshades)

Instructions:

Heat the oven to 350F. Line baking dish with parchment paper (never aluminum foil, not good for your health). Coat halibut with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover fish with olives, tomatoes, onions and herbs (I used oregano). Bake it in the oven for 20 minutes. Done!!!!

Serve it with a yummy salad, or like I did, with a avocado tomato ceviche. Yum!! Enjoy!
