Want a Flat Belly and Shiny Hair? Try Bone Broth

This recipe is as easy and straightforward as they come. My dear friend Nati Akil (ig: @nati-akil) shared it with me, and honestly, it is the best tasting one. Follow her for beautiful healing foods.

Ingredients:

10 chicken feet

1 chicken back or neck

1 onion

3 celery sticks (chopped)

3 carrots

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp peppercorn

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Celtic or Himalayan salt

Directions:

Cover all your ingredients with filtered water. Slow cook it for 24 hours. Strain, discard bones and veggies and drink up. Enjoy one of the most healing foods available to us.

Btw, you can keep the rest of your broth in jars in the freezer. Remember that it will have a gelatin-like consistency when it’s cool. Just heat it up and drink as often as you can.
